Striking and original this basket, ideal for holding Fruits , magazines or any other miscellaneous items you have laying around the house. Made using all kind of Palm Date fronds, this handmade basket is airy and has movement to it. The flowing movement is natural. this unique basket will bring nature indoors and warmth to your home.

The baskets are made using all natural Palm Date fronds grown in ISRAEL in local plantations. Palms are a natural and renewable resource, being cut every so often, then treated by me in order to be ready for use in basketry.

I make functional baskets from my workshop in a village north of Jerusalem. I never use prefabricated materials. I gather the Palm fronds, treat them, let them set and then weave a beautiful piece for the perfect home.
